Your paper must be submitted as both the DOC file in the MS Word 97-2003 format and PDF file by email to
proceedings@hcei.tsc.ru
not later than June 1, 2012.
The size of each file must be 5 MB or less. Please do not send more than one paper (two files) per one e-mail.
Please note the format of the names of your conference proceedings files are expected to be as follows:
PaperNumber.doc and PaperNumber.pdf.
Each paper must be accompanied with the IEEE copyright form.
The copyright form
is available.
. The form must be printed, signed, and sent to the ISDEIV 2012 office by fax to +7-3822-492410. Alternatively, you may scan the signed form in color with resolution of 300 dpi and send in the compressed TIFF file (5 MB or less in size) to
proceedings@hcei.tsc.ru
as a separate email.
Each paper must be accompanied with the Author Information Form.
